I further ask Hugo how long has he had his Mortgage license and what made him get his it in the first place. Hugo says that he has had his mortgage license for 8 months and his love for sales made him get his mortgage license. He continues to say that the way you finance your buying or purchase is one of the most important things when it comes to mortgage buying.
Hugo warns that if your finances aren’t right, and you did the deal the right way and financed it all way up. He says it won’t work since cash flow is 100% the deal.
Hugo advises people that are planning to buy some real estate and some who want to join real estate investing or real estate investors.
