Introduction
As you know South Coast Capital Investments, LLC has always been a partnership between Ron and Gualter. We have always aimed to have a positive impact on the communities we invest in and the lives of our residences.
We have known for some time that in order to continue to grow the company and stay true to our goal of building wealth for our fellow investors, that the sale of shares would be part of the process. We are opening this 2021 offering of 10% of the company. This will allow us to provide an equity share to the right investors who are motivated and inspired to join us on this mission.
