I ask Paula what is bringing her back to the game of real estate investing since she had taken time off for motherhood. She says that after seeing multifamily booming yet she has the skills. Instead of her just watching everyone in the real estate industry, she had to jump in and take over

I ask Paula how would I advise a husband, a boyfriend to get their wife and girlfriend respectively on board with regards to real estate investing. She says that she would give them a course of what she thinks about the market, the actual facts of how the market is operating in their neighborhood. If they had issues between themselves, She would bring down to financial facts of their real estate market.
Paula says that it’s her job to see that women get onto real estate, and that’s her promise to the world. I ask her what is the conversation like with couples willing to do real estate investing. She says that she narrows it down and at the same time they should be able to know what it should be and what they want. She continues to get the job done minus stoping and in the end, it is a repeated process.
She says that its time to get ready now and get your pre-approval now and whatever you need because it [market] is going to go full course. if you’re not prepared, now it is the time to get prepared.
Paula offers pieces of advice to her younger self like 16 years old Paula.
1) – Jump into the industry earlier.
2) – Take a leap of faith.
